We surveyed some of our clients and identified the most prominent reasons for this disillusionment:

  2. The chat is essentially no different from old non-AI chats for visitors in terms of its functionality, although, of course, this is completely untrue.
  3. The chat lies a lot.

Figuratively speaking, chats are useless; they do not contribute to conversion growth and can only provide help in certain areas, more as technical support.

What are the ideas and the technology itself?

Let’s try to describe it a bit more scientifically.

  1. The main obstacle to the effectiveness of chatbots is the user's reluctance to start a dialogue; you yourself can describe many reasons why this happens.

    Solutions:

    • Attracting attention with non-standard animation.
    • The bot generates non-standard, human-oriented prompts in the form of questions that a visitor can ask the bot. These questions are usually not asked of chats because they are more everyday and human-oriented, so to speak.

      For example: "Will the windows fog up in winter?", "What to get a 4-year-old nephew as a gift?", "Is it possible to give white and red roses at the same time?" and the like.

    The goal at this stage is to arouse curiosity in the visitor and provoke them to start a dialogue.

  2. s soon as the user starts a dialogue, control is transferred to language models that are specifically trained in sales psychology and use social engineering in constructing their answers.

    We have observed many times that the AI uses various techniques, provoking the visitor to voice distrust or hidden needs. The visitor's answers allow the AI not only to remove objections but also to predict new ones, anticipating the correct vector of the dialogue in advance.

  3. The ultimate goal is, of course, conversion. The bot leads the visitor through the primary funnel to a lead.

    According to preliminary statistics, about 23% of dialogues end in conversion. Is this a lot or a little? Of course, it is a lot if compared to ordinary bots that do not use behavioral algorithms, which affect conversion by exactly 0%.

    But it is also a little at the same time. We tend to believe that there is a lack of accuracy and brevity in the answers. But, as we wrote, we do not discuss this in this article.
